Review: The Face Shop Me : Ex Blush

This is a review of a blush OR202 from the Me : Ex line from The Face Shop. The Face Shop (TFS) is a korean brand that is known for their cosmetics and skincare. I usually use blush with light hand, being scared to overdose and gets stripes of pink over my cheeks. And with the horrible lighting in my bedroom, i can never tell if i get it right, forcing me to move to different locations all over the house for the right lighting.  First of all the packaging of the blush is absolutely gorgeou.s I love the cute shape of the case and the little egg shaped window is really useful for seeing the colour of the blush beforeyou open it. But seriously that picture of the girl on the side is just asghd. It looks so pretty and elegant and just so graphic i dont even know how to describe how much i love the packaging.

When you open it up  you'll see the blush is in a rectangular pan. If you click the picture below, you can see that originally it had the logo Lovely Me:Ex imprinted into the blush. I have no idea what Lovely Me: Ex is but it looks nice anyway. The pans of blush are able to pop out of the case. I remember reading somewhere that you can buy refills for the blush in Korea instead of wasting the packaging? I might be wrong though.

The blush is really pigmented. It is very soft and smooth in texture, but it does have a little bit of fallout as you can see in the picture above. The colour is what drew me in first - it looks like the perfect summery coral with a very subtle golden shimmer running through it. However when you wear it, it looks more or less matte with a tiny bit of a sheen. Since it is pigmented you can apply a bit much sometimes but it blends out easily.

 Compared to Benefit's Corallista, it is slightly more pink and not as shimmery, while corallista leans more true coral.
