BARELY BRANDED

This is a review for the much hyped colour tattoos by Maybelline. The colour I have is Barely Branded which is from the permanent metal collection. I had been waiting for aaaaaages since the first few reviews of the metal collection had come out for these to be released in Australia. The lag makes my die inside sometimes, and sometimes things don't even get released here! Anyways, I love the colour tattoos and this is my review on my long awaited Barely Branded

Barely branded is a champagne-beige colour. It is very creamy - much creamier than the colour tattoos main line. For this reason, i alwso find that it tends to crease slightly faster than the original ones. But it applies and blends beautifully, and if you set if with eyeshadow or loose powder it will last for at least 6 hours.

It comes in a little glass jar like all other colour tattoos. I like the packaging because it feels heavy in your hand, not cheap and flimsy. I do wish that the colour tattoo pots would be a little bit flatter aand with a wider radius though. When i want to apply with my fingers (which is every time) my long nails get it the way and its hard to manouvre my hand so that i don't get a whole bunch of it under my fingernails. Besides that one thing, everything else is perfect. I find that it works as a great base on the eyelid and looks great in the inner corner.

It applies well with one layer and opacity can get built easily with more layers.
